[FLOW3-general] Uncaught Exception Parameter is not optional

Hi List,

I keep getting this error with my first tests with FLOW3:

The error occurs both from a browser request and from CLI. 

I followed the Definitive Guide and checked out the recent FLOW3 version. Last week the welcome page showed as expected and everything ran smoothly. 

I can´t find any errors in Data/Logs/*.log nor in my Apache logfiles nor in the OS system logs, so I´m a bit lost.

I did ./flow3 core:setfilepermissions with my user setup

I also reinstalled everything from scratch in a separate doc root with the same result.

The only difference from last week to today is a new dotdeb PHP package. I upgraded from 5.3.15 to 5.3.16-1~dotdeb.0 but I doubt this being the problem as it´s only a bugfix release.

Does anyone hav a hint for me?
