[FLOW3-general] Performance on Windows

Hi all,

Apache/PHP on Windows is always slower than on a Unix based system, but 
I'm quite sure that something goes wrong with FLOW3 currently.
I've collected some numbers on forge [1] and I would be happy if someone 
with another system (Mac/Linux) could add their numbers there, too!
