[FLOW3-general] Problem setting up FLOW3

Hi Christian,

Thanks for the quick reply, it seems because i'm trying to build a 
vagrantbox (www.vagrantup.com) this issue is accuring.

I'm sharing the /var/www/ folder and although i ran "./flow3 
core:setfilepermissions john www-data www-data" the permissions aren't 
set correctly on the virtual machine, so i have to do the by hand on my 
local machine.

I will try finding out the permissions i need to do. And will post the 
github repository for the vagrant setup of FLOW3.
