[FLOW3-general] Problem setting up FLOW3

Hi there guys,

Im trying to setup FLOW3 on my ubuntu machine, i think i did everything 
right but every command i try except the set file permission one, gives 
this exception:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'TYPO3\\FLOW3\\MVC\\CLI\\SlaveRequestHandler' 
not found in 
/var/www/project/Packages/Framework/TYPO3.FLOW3/Classes/Package.php on 
line 34

Does anybody know this error? Or know how to solve this? Or maybe have a 
checklist to run me through (i used the tutorial page).
