[FLOW3-general] No default hashing strategy configured

Hi Martin,

it looks like you have a problem with file system permission and therefore
the encryption key cannot be generated/stored. Have you executed the
setfilepermissions command correctly? After that it should work without
setting any hashing strategyŠ
