[FLOW3-general] Best Practice for a plugin-based app in flow3

Hey Christian,

aside from so many people already having joined the discussion, some
additional
points from my side concerning the extensibility and plugin mechanism:

We have just merged the new TypoScript into Phoenix; and this will
lateron also be the preferred way to write big, extensible FLOW3
applications; using TypoScript to make the View layer extensible. We
have some great ideas on that feature already, but were not yet able to
implement them -- also because Phoenix development currently has some
bigger priority.
