I'm using Netbeans so I can only say what this IDE is cabable of.
There is an integrated terminal were you can access all flow3 CLI
functions without switching to another external terminal. If you are an
VIM user then I think you will love Netbeans because there is a
project/plugin
which integrates Vim into Netbeans. So you can use the Netbeans editor
the same way as native Vim.
