[FLOW3-general] Internationalization

Hello,

thank you for the congratulations.

We have internationalization code but decided to not officially release 
it for FLOW3 1.0 because we are missing some concepts for Model 
translation. All this will be one of the major features for FLOW3 1.1 
due to arrive end of this year. Of course you could already go over the 
code in master but it doesn't have a concept for translating everything.
