I can't really judge the implementation security wise, but BCrypt seems 
to be the way to go and your code looks good!
I've converted your patch to a gerrit review request (with some white 
space fixes and minor cosmetical adjustments) [1]

But before this can be merged, you have to sign the CLA [2] in case you 
haven't done so yet.
