[FLOW3-general] No symlink to static packages created

Hello.

My first contacts with Flow3 led me to

[...] The deal is this: All files which are located in the public resources
directory of your package will automatically be mirrored to the public
resources directory below the Web folder. [...]

But this does not work on my local machine (Ubuntu, Apache).
There´s no symlink to TYPO3.Blog in /Web/_Resources/Static/Packages (only to
TYPO3.FLOW3, .Fluid and .Welcome).

Where can I start to search for the solution of this problem?
