Well, for actually translating stuff, Pootle is the way to go, IMHO.
We'll set up some integration with the TYPO3 Projects Pootle server
eventually...

When it comes to actually generating / updating the "master" XLIFF
files, I have not found anything yet. So I am open for any input!
