[FLOW3-general] How do i attach a slot to the filesHaveChanged Signal

 Hey,

i'm trying to flush some Caches based on some Changed Files. 
In order to do that i need to connect a slot to the filesHaveChanged Signal. 
I tried to assign it in the Package->boot() function, but it complains that the objectmanager isn't ready yet.

Can someone point me into the right direction to accomplish this?
