[FLOW3-general] start/ installation - problems

Dear core developers,

I had similar problems mentioned in this mail chain starting off with 
flow3.

I think it is worth mentioning in the "Getting started" tutorials that 
"RewriteBase" in the htaccess file should be changed in case the 
developer doesn't care about configuring a virtual host for flow3. This 
is a hurdle while installing the framework that could gain some 
otherwise discouraged newbies for the flow3 the community.
