Hi,

sorry my french is pretty bad but from what I get either you did 
something wrong with the SetEnv (set in wrong file) or the server is not 
doing what the documentation says as the error message clearly says you 
are running PHP 4.4.9 which is WAAAAAAY OLD, PHP 4 is not even getting 
security fixes since quite some time, I don't know if this shared 
hosting is really up to running modern web applications ;).

Actually FLOW3 will also do a system call to command line php to compile 
code, so you would need to know and set the path to the PHP 5.3 binary 
file too, as far as I can from the error.
