[FLOW3-general] Problems upgrading to 1.0

Hi Ivan,
in the case of trouble while upgrading an older version, I would prefer
to drop the whole installation (as i said before, there has been a lot
of refactoring which may cause trouble). You only have to backup your
Package folder. After installing the 1.0 version and restoring your
Package folder, you only have to do a migration and a doctrine:update.
Afterwards you should have a clean 1.0 installation.
