[FLOW3-general] How to use I18n in flow3

Be aware that I18n is not a feature of FLOW3 1.0. We are working heavily 
on the concept to release this feature in 1.1. We have a pretty solid 
I18n Subpackage already (check master) but it doesn't allow to translate 
everything we wanted to have (eg. no model translation so far) and there 
is no documentation.
