[FLOW3-general] start/ installation - problems

I had the same problem, the following answer from Steffen solved it:

The default rewrite settings of FLOW3 doesn't work for instances, where
the VirtualHost settings doesn't point to the "Web" dir.
Just open the .htaccess in the Web dir with a text editor and add a #
before the "RewriteBase /" line. For me it's in line 26.
