[FLOW3-general] index.php not found

Hey Chris,

I've got the same problem some days ago.

The default rewrite settings of FLOW3 doesn't work for instances, where
the VirtualHost settings doesn't point to the "Web" dir.
Just open the .htaccess in the Web dir with a text editor and add a #
before the "RewriteBase /" line. For me it's in line 26.

Then reload your FLOW3 page in your browser. If you still got the error
message restart or reload your webserver and try it again.
