[FLOW3-general] Packagist

Hey,

just wanted to point your attention to Packagist and Composer, a new PHP 
Package aggregator.

I have only looked at it briefly, but there might be some synergies to 
get from supporting/using/collaborating.

I think FLOW3 already does what Composer tries to, but it could be that 
a support for their syntax could be interesting.

And packagist might be a shortcu to a package manager.
