[FLOW3-general] Retrieve all configured roles

Hi Andi, 

thanks for the method. I think it has to be: 
public function getRoles() { 
$roles = array(); 
foreach ($this->policy['roles'] as $roleIdentifier => $roleParents) { 
$roles[] = new \F3\FLOW3\Security\Policy\Role($roleIdentifier); 
} 
return $roles; 
} 
because policy['roles'] contains an array where the roleIdentifier is the key and the roleParents is an array with the parent roles.
