[FLOW3-general] Problem with installing

Same Problem on my Windows XP + xampp
(xampp-win32-1.7.4-VC6-installer.exe) when i try to start the Flow3
tutorial (1.0.0-alpha7 from SF)

After an only-copy-all-over-twice, now i get the message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Horde_Yaml in
D:\xampp\htdocs\tutorial\Packages\Framework\FLOW3\Resources\Private\Configuration\Yaml\Yaml.php
on line 29

The apache log only say:
