I think we don't need such a tool anymore.

With Doctrine 2 integration in place what you get are beautiful tables
with foreign keys in place and can use any DB tool you like. Isn't that
nice?

E.g. with Sequel Pro on the Mac I can export the DB schema to a Graphviz
file and easily create something like this:
