Well I ported PHP and switched it to work as default, now FLOW3 is 
working at last!

It's little bit unstable, in Development context, first hit always leads 
to the Exception, next hits renders proper output...

The exception is similar to this one, but as I said it disappears in 
later actions: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/13891#change-35110
