[FLOW3-general] Disable Persistence and communicate directly with MySQL.

Hi Connor,

we are currently integrating Doctrine 2 in our persistence layer, which
will be the default for FLOW3 1.0 beta1. With Doctrine such things should
be possible, as you can map your models to arbitrary database tables and
fields. So stay tuned for the next release.
