[FLOW3-general] Correct way to migrate Blog (flow3_persistence_identifier)

Hi all!
I have updated the Blog application from git. If I start with a fresh 
database, then it works, however if I point it at database of my 
previous installation I get the following exception:

#42S22: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 
'b0_.flow3_persistence_identifier' in 'field list'

So how do I update my existing database, with preserving my data? Or 
should I just drop it and manually migrate the posts?
