[FLOW3-general] Handling of CLI requests

Hi list,

i usually only follow the progress of extbase so excuse me, if i missed 
a discussion related to my question. A short search on this list was not 
successful.

I ask myself, why the nice approach using the RequestHandlerResolver and 
RequestHandlers is no longer followed for CLI requests.

The refactored implementation seems to support more features - but is it 
really neccessary to handle them different to other requests?

I can imagine many cases where i'd like to call the same piece of logic 
(action or command) from both, web and CLI, which seems not possible 
without redundancy.

I guess there are reasons for this approach - can anybody explain this 
to me, or point me to a discussion related to this topic?
