[FLOW3-general] Web based Unit Testing?

I also remember from some old screen casts from Robert that he was
showing testing running in a browser.

I see Testing package in git
http://git.typo3.org/FLOW3/Packages/Testing.git which I think is
outdated having F3 namespace etc.

So I want to refactor it and make it live again then am I allowed to do
that?

In general, running web based tests is much friendly and you can really
some reds and greens :)
