[FLOW3-general] definitive guide menu out of order

i'm just trying to understand:  
http://flow3.typo3.org/documentation/guide.html
the left menu show the chapters of the guide is a (seem) random order.
it has been like this since 1.0.0 (i guessed it was a simple "clear cache  
problem")

strange isn't it?
