[FLOW3-general] Hard coded

Hi Guys,

I was looking the production/IncludeCachedConfiguration and its hard coded
:( like '/media/Linux/flow3/' .

Can't we make it something like __DIR__ stuffs ?

This will help me to easily move from one server to the other .

Also currently I am subscribed to Digest I guess.. How can I change the
settings ... So that I get each mail directly .
