Hi,

I just downloaded the secret release to use it as a start of a new 
project, but when running it, I encountered a bug in Fluid:
When you run the Welcome package for the first time, everything works as 
expected, however, when you refresh the page, all styling is gone.
After some checking it turns out that this is probably due to the new 
Fluid caching mechanism, which skips rendering all content from the 
<f:base /> until the first variable.
I've create an issue for this on forge [1], but as other people might 
run into this issue as well, I also sent it to the mailinglist.
