[FLOW3-general] Migration of the ExtJs 3.x Backend to ExtJs 4.x

Hi Regine,

indeed we were all waiting on ExtJs 4 and had hoped for it earlier to 
include it in the current sprint, but want to do the transition for 
sure, if you want to help out with that you are of course very welcome 
to do so.
