[FLOW3-general] Some simple improvement in code, what should I do with that

I modified currencyViewHelper a little to allow configure currency 
symbol position (ie.: $99.99 instead of default 9,99 $) and I'd like to 
send it to you to review and eventually add to code... but how?

As far as I know the last Bug Day was devoted to git and gerrit, could 
you also send us keypoints of the basic workflow? please :)
