[FLOW3-general] How to run the Testframework

Hallo Everybody

I recently dug a bit into the sources of flow3 and while doing so I
figured out some minor things that I think could be optimized. I would
like to file them with the issue tracker together with the patch. But
before doing so I would like to run the unit test on the framework.

I am rather new to PHP and therefore I am not familiar with the way how
to do so.

My question: Is there a guide how I can run the test framework or what
do I need to do. I found some information in the FLOW3/build.xml file
about the packages that are required to build the whole framework, but I
assume that is much more than what I really need or is this the way to
go?
