I just revisited FLOW3 after a couple months away from it. I was really 
happy to see the JsonView class, which wasn't there before as well as 
the REST controller working out of the box now. It's great to start to 
see more real-world components get built into the framework, which I 
assume is a consequence of the TYPO3 5 development that's taking place.

I've been hacking away at getting FLOW3 to work as a backend for a 
SproutCore app, and so far it's working well, although I haven't 
implemented the create part yet. Once I'm done, I'll try to throw 
together some instructions on the SproutCore wiki to help spread the 
FLOW3 love.
