[FLOW3-general] rendering manuals package wrapper problem

Hi,

in the end I made both processes work (renderinga via build and directly 
in the framework).

There were three issues in total, one being the stream wrapper "package" 
to be replaced by "resource", the other two are related to file system 
paths used in a way which is not compatible with Windows. I am not quite 
sure if FLOW3 is specified to work on Windows - if so, they should be 
considered bugs, too.
