[FLOW3-general] How to use ExtJS forms

Hi all,

if i build for example an form with FLUID to create or update entities, 
the framework will automatically render some extra information in hidden 
fields to the form.

I'm interested in how could i create a form with ExtJS so that the 
output is compatible comparable to the generated like FLUID does.

What i would like to do is:
- Create new entities
- Update existing entities
