Apple, 64 bit

NetBeans, Cornerstone and SmartGit for VCS work.

Apache through MacPorts, Hudson for CI tasks

Yes, I do. A lot of talking, IM and mail to coordinate, along with the
Forge. We use Subversion but think about switching to Git.

We have some servers (Debian) on VMware ESXi for (Selenium) testing and
demo purposes.

Personally I use Parallels and VirtualBox.

I don't really care as long as it's unix-like.
