[FLOW3-general] Missing Package PHP6

I justed installed xampp to play around with FLOW3 a little bit.

I followed all the instructions as far as I can see. After calling the page
I get:

*Fatal error*: Class 'F3\PHP6\Functions' not found in *
C:\xampp\htdocs\tutorial\Packages\Framework\FLOW3\Classes\MVC\Web\Routing\Route.php
* on line *392*

So I check the packages and I don't have a package PHP6. I found a hint on
the wiki that this package was removed. After checking svn-update again I
got the message there that the svn-external PHP6 was not found.

Anyone a good idea how to go on here?
