Does it work in the global Settings.yaml ?
Otherwise sth. With the overwriting seems to be broken ...

that might work as long as you don't plan to update your FLOW3 version, 
but generally changes you make in the /Configuration folder overwrite 
the package definitions. And in general, that is not the way it's 
supposed to work. You shouldn't adjust the package configuration 
directly, that's what you have the /Configuration directory for.
