[FLOW3-general] Problem

Hi all,

I followed the getting started tutorial with flow3 and tried to reproduce every step.
But I have a problem with the following Step:

I get the following message: F3\FLOW3\Cache\Exception when I try to launch the result in a browser.

This page tells me there's a problem with working on a windows machine, (I am working on windows). It says I have to follow the instructions on 

http://flow3.typo3.org/documentation/tutorials/getting-started/gettingstarted.configuration/#gettingstarted.configuration.configuringflow3

These instructions tell me I have to change the file Configuration/FLOW3.yaml. The following line should be added:

utility: environment: temporaryDirectoryBase: 'C:/tmp/'

Only, this file does not exist and when I create it and add the mentioned line I don't see any changes happening. The cache is still witten to Data/temporary/ and the same exception still occurs.

I have no idea what to try now, has any of you had this issue or do you know what to do?
