[FLOW3-general] Backend not accessible

Hey guys,

without deeper digging I just wanted to report that accessing the backend does not work for me.

I ran /typo3/setup => FE works
I logged in from /typo3 => I get a blank page (php errors on)

Environment: XAMPP with PHP 5.3.0 on Windows

I don't need a solution urgently, just wanted to inform you.

Thanks for that promising release :)
