Win 7 32bit/64bit

Mostly I use Notepad++/WinSCP ftp client(it automatically retransfers
files after they are changed). Total commander as browser.
I tried many times switching to something more serious like Eclipse, but
it is too heavy for me yet.

Mostly yes. Miss some code generation and maybe quicker file/class
navigation.

XAMPP. Test on my dedicated CentOS server as well.

Yes, there are two of us=) Gmail, Google Wave, Skype for discussions. We
usually work directly on the server through ftp/ssh.

Virtualbox sometimes.
