Hm. Seems you checked out a new source (instead of updating) and have an
empty TYPO3CR.db now. If you copy your existing TYPO3CR.db into the new
setup, does it work?

And, do you have persisted data? If you package "works" now, it cannot
have data available that existed prior to the migration, due to the
exception...
