I found cache entries in Data/Temporary/ , however changing the path to 
short version (c:\f3tmp) drasticaly improved all reposnses, now 
Development Context needs about 5-6 sec to render the welcome screen 
while Production shows in 1-2 seconds...

I'm afraid I do... I installed and configured APC module and it's 
working (in common PHP scripts) however while trying to open FLOW3 in 
browser it causes Apache crash with error-log:

[apc-error] Cannot redeclare class f3\flow3\package\packageinterface in 
C:\wamp\www\flow3pack\Packages\Framework\FLOW3\Classes\Core\Bootstrap.php on 
line 28.
[Fri Jan 08 12:11:30 2010] [crit] Parent: child process exited with 
status 2 -- Aborting.

(similar to [1]http://forge.typo3.org/issues/show/3945 )

Probably it's caused lack of some configuration in FLOW3 (or I'm 
wrong?), unfortunately cannot find any solution...
