[FLOW3-general] Normal Pages

Hi,

I'm pretty amazed by the new concepts of AOP, DDD and DI. But there is one
thing I didn't understand how to realize:

Although big parts of Homepages are "NEW, EDIT, DELETE, LIST"-pages, what
should be used to realize a normal page with some text?
Do you create a own controller (what if the pages become more ...)?
Do you create a own template(s)?

Or is flow3 build to very much rely for such things on a content rep.?
