[FLOW3-general] Object Framework vs. new

Just saw that #6323 was closed ... which brings me back to my question 
in the first place ;)

Karsten, you wrote (on forge) that "new" is okay for this ... so when 
should the object framework be used and when new? Cause from the manual 
I thought that FLOW3 tries to not use "new" wherever possible?!
Or is the ONLY reason to use new for the reflection package because it 
is used very early in the bootstrap?
