[FLOW3-general] Fluid and Japanese

Thanks guys,

I found a solution that works for me. I am combining the raw-ViewHelper with
my own ViewHelper now.
The own ViewHelper just replaces the < with the corresponding entity for now
and this way it is not possible anymore to execute some JS stuff.
