[FLOW3-general] Problem with magic_quotes_gpc

Hello guys,
i have a problem. I use a MacBook Pro and a iMac. I installed XAMPP and then Flow3 with all configurations from the manual. On my Macbook Pro i can create packages with ./flow3 kickstart package Test
But on my iMac i have this error: FLOW3 requires the PHP setting "magic_quotes_gpc" set to Off. (Error #1224003190)
But magic_quotes_gpc is set to Off and on my MacBook Pro is the same configuration.
Can someone help me with this problem, please? is set it in the php.ini to Off and phpinfo() show off in all directories.
