[FLOW3-general] Reporting documentation bugs

Is the FLOW3 package issue tracker on Forge the best place to report 
FLOW3 documentation issues? I just noticed that the manual mentions the 
"initializedAction()" init method on action controllers, while the API 
docs contain "initializeAction()" (no 'd' in the latter) and thought I 
should report it somewhere.
