[TYPO3-windows] Installation preconfigured distribution fails

On a new installed Typo3 CMS 6.2.4 I'm trying to install the preconfigured distribution 'The official Introduction Package'.

I get the message:
Congratulations...
You successfully installed the distribution: introduction

But no pages are added, or any other changes.

I'm using XAMPP on WIndows 7.

What can be the cause of this error?
